Our shareholders
Our company is backed by two highly relevant shareholders in the sector: Adecoagro, which holds 90% of the shares, and the Argentine Cooperatives Association (ACA), owner of the remaining 10%. Adecoagro is a regional leader in sustainable food production and renewable energy, with agricultural and industrial operations in Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay. ACA, with more than a century of experience and composed of 134 cooperatives, is one of the main players in grain commercialization and the supply of agricultural inputs, contributing a cooperative and sustainable vision.

Although our production plant in in the Port of Ingeniero White (Bahía Blanca), we have five distribution points in the country, from where we reach producers from all the country and the world.

Where are we going
We are inspired by the work we do to feed the world. For this reason, after 19 years, we continue growing and investing. Our goal is to achieve an increasingly sustainable production. We plan and carry out important improvements aimed at optimizing the use of resources that are raw materials for our products or processes (gas, energy, water). These investments are related to the constant updating of our technology, within a framework of continuous improvement.
We will continue on this path together with our people and the communities we are involved in.
